Margan Restaurant is a leading Hunter Valley Restaurant and have pioneered Agri Dining since opening our doors in 2007. Our Dining Room is open on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and we offer a five-course degustation menu, showcasing the estate grown and made produce from our vineyard and farm, here in Broke. We harvest from our one-hectare kitchen garden & orchard, free range chickens, bee hives, reared lambs and olives groves to maintain a hyper-local and truly seasonal focus.
We are proud to be one of the ‘must do’ restaurants in the Hunter Valley with a consistent annual Good Food Guide recommendation (One Chef Hat), and regionally awarded in Gourmet Traveller, Top Australian Restaurant Guide. Our wine list features Margan wines plus local, National and International favourites and is continually awarded 2 Wine Glasses (Australian Wine List of the Year Awards)
Choose from our classic degustation menu, featuring estate grown and local produce, seafood and meat or select our garden inspired plant-based menu, suitable for vegetarians and vegans. We do our best to accommodate dietary preferences and requirements so please advise us of this BEFORE you dine with us as menu changes during your visit are not always possible.
