The Ultimate Margan Experience

One of our friendly team will take you on an interactive wine-tasting experience through our Ceres Hill Vineyards before you head down the garden path, past our estate olive grove, to discover the kitchen garden. 

You'll journey around the vines to the winery for a unique look behind the scenes. Learn how our premium single vineyard, sustainably farmed wines are made and how they make it from our vines to your glass. Finish your Ultimate Experience with a sneak preview tasting of unreleased wines from the tank and barrel.

This is all hungry work, so your experience continues with a five-course tasting menu in our Restaurant, showcasing the best of our estate-grown produce, including vegetables, fruit, free-range eggs & olives.  

Please note bookings that fall on a public holiday will incur a surcharge.
