Bookings:
All reservations are best made online, just follow the prompts. As we offer a bespoke seasonal menu and well renowned tasting experience it is usual to have a waitlist for tables, therefore we require either deposit or full pre-payment (pending experience) to secure your booking. If you have difficulty making a reservation through this site , please contact us on 6579 1317 and we can assist. Please note all bookings on Public Holidays incur a 15% surcharge.

General Cancellation Terms:
We understand that ‘life happens’ and you may need to amend, reschedule or cancel your reservation. This is why we are happy to move and rebook your reservation at no charge. You can rebook within 90 days of the original booking or have the value by way of a Gift Voucher with a 3 year validity that can be used for Cellar Door or Restaurant purchases.

If you are unable to make your booking and do need to cancel your reservation the following conditions apply:
* All cancellations made outside of 24 hours prior to your booking can be cancelled and refunded.
* Any cancellation within 24 hours of your booking will not be refunded with any deposits paid being forfeit.
* We reserve the right to charge a $50 per person cancellation fee for any bookings without deposit in the event of cancellation, inclusive of no shows.
* We reserve the right to recoup any merchant booking fees in the event of a cancellation.

All cancellation requests need to be in writing to events@margan.com.au however if it is on the day of your booking you MUST ring us directly as emails are not monitored through service times.

Ticketed and Wine Club Events:
As ticketed events are strictly limited we may not be able to offer a refund or reschedule. Instead we will provide you with a wine pack of the new release wines being launched at this event. All cancellations, amendments and rescheduling requests need to be in writing to wineclub@margan.com.au
