The Margan Cooking School is the perfect way to discover and hone your talents in the kitchen. 

Start your masterclass with a glass of our Blanc de Blancs and a guided of our impressive one-acre kitchen garden with our head chef Joey Ingram. You will learn about how we sustain, maintain and grow vegetables and fruits for our restaurant, and we will also harvest some delicious produce on the day to include in our masterclass. 

Plus, meet our friendly chickens to collect freshly laid eggs and learn more about our sustainability initiatives that you can implement in your own home.

The garden tour and masterclass will be followed by a bespoke seasonal five course farm to fork lunch in our award-winning hatted restaurant.
