What to expect
In true celebration of the Winter season we have sourced some incredible truffles from the Southern Highlands for our July cooking school. Join our head chef, as he takes you through the process of caring and storing the truffle, how to prepare and preserve.
We are firm believers in celebrating the seasons and in the provenance of food and love to champion growers who also produce sustainable food and wine.
Afterwards enjoy a five course degustation lunch in our award-winning hatted restaurant.
